1. What CueProof Is

CueProof is a free tool that helps dog trainers select training cues with minimal phonetic similarity. It scores cue word pairs for acoustic confusability using a computational phonetic model running in your browser.

The Service does not provide professional animal training advice. Results are informational only — they reflect a computational model, not a guarantee of your dog's behaviour.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

• • Sign-in is via Google. You are responsible for the security of your Google account.
• • You may not share your account or use automated scripts to interact with the Service beyond normal personal use.
• • We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service.

4. The Service Is Free

CueProof is provided free of charge with no paid tier, no subscriptions, and no hidden fees. We reserve the right to change features or introduce pricing in the future, with advance notice to existing users.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• • Attempt to bypass or circumvent any security or rate-limiting mechanism.
• • Scrape or redistribute the cue dictionary or scoring algorithms at scale for competing commercial purposes.
• • Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• • Probe or test the security of the Service or any connected infrastructure.

6. Your Data

• • You own your cue sets. You grant House of Vargr a limited licence to store and process them solely to provide the Service.
• • Shareable links are publicly accessible to anyone with the link. Revoke them in the app when you no longer want them accessible.
• • On account deletion all your data is permanently removed. See the Privacy Policy for details.

7. Service Availability

The Service is provided free of charge with no uptime guarantee. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time and will make reasonable efforts to give advance notice of planned disruptions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that scoring results will be accurate for your specific dog or training context, or that the Service will be free from errors or interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Slovenian law, House of Vargr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Because the Service is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed zero euros (€0).

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Slovenia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
